Each user or company can log in as only one group: 1, 2, or 3.
SCLOE is not liable for issues arising from username and password sharing within the same company.
SCLOE is not responsible for recovering data deleted by users.
Users must pay before accessing the service, similar to other digital subscription services.
Users cannot share information with others for personal gain.
SCLOE does not tolerate cartel behavior and may pursue legal action against it.
Each user account can be used by only one company, and SCLOE may take action against violations.
Users must not create content that is harmful or offensive to others, including other users, companies, third parties, or communities.
Harmful activities must not be shared with other users.
System issues and errors should be communicated directly with the SCLOE team or help desk.
Errors may occur in SCLOE's report generation tool when displaying information and analytics.
SCLOE's rate system can be used as a tool to accept offers (Acceptance of offer).
Accepted rates through SCLOE do not guarantee the service provider's invoice; figures may vary due to informal agreements or further negotiations.
SCLOE is not responsible for conflicts of interest between users within the same company.
SCLOE is not fully responsible for any data loss within the system.
Information shared by users in the system is subject to change.
Information provided by SCLOE in the system is subject to change.
Users must always provide accurate information and avoid misleading others.
By using the system, users automatically accept SCLOE's terms and conditions.
Users cannot hold SCLOE liable for any misinterpretation of information, as it is based on user provided data for the benefit of all users.
SCLOE is not fully responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the system for the benefit of the community.
SCLOE does not charge commissions on freight rates from any user, as we are neither a forwarder, carrier, nor trader.
SCLOE is not responsible for service failures caused by other users. Choosing a service provider is entirely the user's responsibility.
SCLOE admin reserves the right to remove inappropriate promotions.
The chat box is for industry-related communication only; promotional activities are prohibited.
The monthly subscription is calculated from the 1st to the 31st.
